     At Choice, we do not believe in a “one size fits all” mentality. We do not try to get our clients to fit our programs; we design programs unique for each individual client.  Our programs provide the means to bring out the best in each individual. We take into account a person’s present status, personal potential, appropriate goals and the means available.

     Choice clients are everyday people, typically, business professionals and retirees between the ages of 22 and 70 years old. Most of our clients want to look and feel better, have more energy and in some cases improve performance for recreational activities such as golf, tennis and skiing. If you are generally out of shape and have not exercised in a significant amount of time, if you need to tone up, lose-weight and get in shape, or if you are training for a specific athletic goal, our programs are for you.  Our clients that diligently follow the Choice Personal Fitness System average an 8lb weight loss per month!  Choice specializes in life changing results.

JP Nettles mans the grill at the Piedmont Investment Group company picnic on Sunday September 7th.  The menu included smoked veggie, smoked salmon and smoked cajun chicken dips, mixed rib platter, blackened salmon fillets, romaine salad with julienned carrots and our new smoked peppered cucumber vinaigrette.

UP IN SMOKE CATERING

Up in Smoke Catering offers a unique menu of healthy options to traditional catered foods.  All meats and sides are smoked, grilled, baked, broiled or sauteed (in extra virgin olive oil).  We use a unique selection of smoking woods including apple, cherry, oak and maple in addition to hickory and mesquite.
