Company Policies

Payment Policies

 

  • Payment is due on the date you sign your fitness agreement.
  • Payments may be made in the form of check or cash.  Make checks out to Choice Fitness & Sports Performance.
  • Payments are due on monthly on the date training begins.  We will send you a courtesy email indicating the week your payment is due.
  • The initial term for all agreements is three months.  After three months, all contracts are month to month.

Training Policies

 

  • Please bring a sweat towel and water for hydration.  Please drink water before entering the studio so you will already be hydrated.
  • Sign registry at the front of the studio upon entering.
  • The changing rooms are shared space.  Please remove all items after use.
  • Personal items may be stored in the cubby boxes at the rear of the studio.  Please leave all valuables in your vehicle.  Choice Fitness is not responsible for lost items.
  • Please be dressed and ready to train at your appointed time.  Call at least ½ hour before session if you will be late.  No shows will not be rescheduled.  If you are running late, sessions cannot be extended.
  • Trainer has the right to end any session.  Know your limitations.  Hydration is essential before training.  Your health and safety are our main concerns.
  • If you are signed up for partner sessions, you can only reschedule with another partner session.
  • Please train in active, comfortable attire.
  • Please practice healthy hygiene.  Be mindful we are operating in a small space.
  • Comments and suggestions are always welcome.  We encourage constructive and positive feedback as we always look to improve.
  • If there are any injuries or discomfort, please inform your trainer before beginning your session or at any time during the session
  • Children are not allowed in the training area.
