Crazy Eights 

Crazy Eights will be one of the most challenging classes you have ever taken!  Crazy Eights matches you with a partner for a series of eight exercises for eight sets with an ascending number of repetitions.  The Crazy Eights program progresses in difficulty every week.  Crazy Eights works all primary and stabilizer muscle groups focusing on high repetitions with moderate weight to increase the heart rate and burn fat… fast!  60 minutes includes dynamic warm-up and stretching. Ask how you can earn your own Crazy Eights Training tee shirt!  Instructor: Tyrone T. Irby  

Sundays at 10am and the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month at 7pm

 

 Big Wheels 

Big Wheels are all about the legs.  We will progressively work quads, glutes, hamstrings and calves with a series of static and dynamic exercises focusing on stability, mobility and strength of the lower extremities. Get ready to squat, deadlift, lunge, split squat and work those legs until they are quaking!  Big Wheels will get your legs and glutes lean, strong and powerful.  For those of you born in the 60’s, Big Wheels refer to the plastic tricycle toy with the Big Wheel ,  introduced by Louis Marx and Company in 1969. Look for the new cool Big Wheel tee! 60 minutes including stretching. Instructor: Tyrone T. Irby

Furious

 Furious is what we call “quick and dirty” workout program.  The “quick” is the work capacity of 45-60 seconds with a 60 second rest period. The “dirty” is the exercises are simple but when combined produce a heart pulsing workout.  Combining exercises with body weight, barbells and dumbbells in complex-combination lift is a proven way to create a great, quick workout program along with building great stamina and power.  This is a mentally tough boot camp- not for the weak hearted!  45 minutes including stretching.  Instructor: Tyrone Irby 

Fridays at 6pm 

Fit-Box 

Learn the basic punches, correct footwork, & basic patterns of movement. BURN anywhere from 800 -1000 calories in ONE hour while having fun and relieving STRESS, as you improve cardiovascular conditioning, core strength, functional strength and basic technique. Heavy bag and focus pad training are included as part of this workout to create an intense training program. Boxing training is the best of both worlds because it incorporates many muscle groups at the same time. Boxing develops hand eye coordination while stimulating extreme neuromuscular drive through your core, which is where all movement and stability originate. Not only is boxing a great workout, but it also facilitates incredible stress relief. Classes are 60 minutes in duration.   Instructor: Alex Baskerville

Full Body Boxing with Jamal

 A highly intense, high energy, full body work out using boxer training techniques & body weight resistance, resulting in an intense BLAST to your BODY! HIGH energy music from D J Jellis keeps you up and before you know it you have burned off a full days worth of calories! “Let’s Go, GET iT!  Instructor: Jamal Thompson 

Tuesday and Thursday: 7pm   

 

Boot(y) Camp /Leg & Butt toning  

This rapid fire “exercise to exercise” class targets those larger hips and stubborn saddlebags!  The high energy class uses Club Music (DJ Jellis) to lift your spirits and keep you going while the instructor gives you the que to move to the next exercise. 45min.  Instructor: Jamal Thompson  

Saturdays 10am

 

Body Blast with Jamal 

Full Body BLAST is the intense new cardio conditioning program from fitness innovator Jamal Thompson. He'll help you get leaner with exercises that burn up to 5x more fat than regular cardio does. With more than 10 smoking-hot music remixes from DJ Jellis, Full Body Blast will pick you up and push you past your limits. “Let’s Go, GET iT!” Instructor: Jamal Thompson
