FAQ

Here are the most frequently asked questions about our boot camps.  If your answer is not here you can email us or call us at 919-384-5172.  We look forward to hearing from you.

What if I wanted to bring a friend?  What is the charge?

We have a drop in fee of $10 per class.  Please allow enough time for any drop in visitors to complete a registration and liability waiver prior to the class beginning.

Where are the boot camps held?

All boot camps, unless otherwise noted, take place at A+ Fitness Solutions Personal Training and Boxing Studio located at 5314 Hwy 55, Suite 105 (inside the Kitt Creek Office Park).  Boot Camps are held indoors and outdoors.

What time should I get to the class?

Classes will begin on time.  Try to arrive at least 15 minutes before for warm-up.

What do I need to bring?

Most of the classes are body weight exercises we will use dumbbells and machines.  Check the class description for instructions.

Which classes should I come to?

Each class has a notation for the level of difficulty of the class.  We would like you to try all of the classes but feel free to choose which one suits you best.  The level of difficulty of each class will change week to week to make it more challenging for all involved.  We will modify exercises for all levels of fitness.  Be ready to challenge yourself like you never have before.

How should I prepare for the boot camp classes?

Boot camps are generally very intense so we recommend that you prepare yourself mentally, physically and nutritionally for each class.  In general you want to hydrate well, eat at least one hour before each class and stretch before each class.  All of the classes have static stretching built in to the class but most classes also have a dynamic warm up also.

When can I start?

You can start after we meet with you at the studio and give you a fitness assessment and evaluation.   After that, you can sign up for the next available class.

Is there a limit to the number of attendees per class?

Yes, the limit per class is 20.  We like to keep the classes small so we can provide personal attention and keep everyone up and involved in each class.
