Training Packages

CHOICE ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

This package is ideal for someone who has no experience with designing and implementing a resistance-strength training program.  Our one-on-one packages gives you a chance to create your program focusing on your goals.  We will design the program and teach you the methodology of fitness training along with changes to your lifestyle to ensure success in achieving your goals. This package includes: monthly newsletter, custom training routine, online coaching, quarterly assessments, individual attention, nutritional consultation, food budgeting and meal planning assistance, sample meal plans and monthly guest passes.  Each session is 45-60 minutes long.  Sessions are a minimum of 1 time per week to achieve results.  3 month commitment required.  PIF (Paid in Full) receives 10% discount.  Package rates: 

1 session: $50/month 4 sessions: $190/month   8 sessions: $390/month    12 sessions: $575/month

 

CHOICE BUDDY PERSONAL TRAINING

This package is ideal for someone who wants to work with someone else during their session.  Share your session and save!  This package includes: monthly newsletter, custom training routine, online coaching, quarterly assessments, individual attention, nutritional consultation, food budgeting and meal planning assistance , sample meal plans and monthly guest passes.  Each session is 45-60 minutes long.  Sessions are a minimum of 1 time per week to achieve results.  3 month commitment required.  Cost is per person. PIF (Paid in Full) receives 10% discount. 

4 sessions: $120/month   8 sessions: $240/month    12 sessions: $360/month

 

CHOICE PERSONAL TRAINING + BOOT CAMPS- NEW

This package is ideal for someone that desires one- on- one personal training but also likes the energy and camaraderie of group training sessions. Our boot camp classes include Crazy Eights (60 min), Furious (30 min) and Big Wheels (60 min).  There are up to 12 classes per month.  There is an 8 week schedule for classes.  This package includes monthly newsletter, nutritional consultation, and sample meal plans. 3 month commitment required.

CHOICE BOOT CAMP CLASSES

This package is ideal for someone with limited time and enjoys high intensity and effective group training sessions.  Our boot camp classes include Crazy Eights (60 min), Furious (30 min) and Big Wheels (60 min).  There are up to 12 classes per month.  There is an 8 week schedule for classes.  Boot camps include monthly newsletter, nutritional consultation, and sample meal plans. 

Unlimited Per month: $59

 

CHOICE YEARLY MEMBERSHIP- NEW

This package is ideal for someone who is committed to an off-site gym and already has a fitness regimen in place.  Our membership package includes (12) 4 week custom routines, quarter fitness assessments, monthly newsletter, on-line coaching, nutritional consultation, and sample meals plans.  Membership also includes 1 personal training session per month and access to 10 boot camp classes per month.  Membership is only PIF. 

$299/year- less than $25 per month
